Who we are
HGE Ventures B.V. (KvK: 90688759, Ellen Pankhurststraat 15, 5032MD Tilburg, Nederland) levert Rosa, een persoonlijke AI-assistent die op jouw eigen Mac of in een eigen managed container draait. Wij zijn verwerkingsverantwoordelijke voor je account- en billing-data; voor de inhoud van je mail en agenda ben jij dat zelf — die data verlaat jouw omgeving niet.
What we collect
Account (e-mail, naam, wachtwoord-hash), billing (via Stripe — wij zien geen kaartnummers), gebruiks-tellers (credits, event-types zonder inhoud) en support-correspondentie.
Where it's stored
Portal-DB: SQLite op een volume in Amsterdam (EU), gehost bij Fly.io. Bij BYOC — Rosa runs on your Mac — blijven inhoud van mail/agenda op jouw device. Bij managed hosting: één Docker-container per user, encrypted-at-rest, EU-datacenter, per-user geïsoleerd netwerk.

Your rights (GDPR)
Export (Art. 20), inzage, correctie en verwijdering (Art. 17). Verwijderen anonimiseert je account meteen; wat daarna nog rest wordt na 30 dagen automatisch gewist, behalve credit- en factuurhistorie, die de belastingwet zeven jaar laat bewaren. Zolang die records er zijn is de laatste stap een handmatige controle bij ons. Mail privacy@meet-rosa.ai.
